Erol Turan founded Success Coaching and Education Consultancy after building his education and professional experience in Turkey before relocating to the United Kingdom. Having experienced the challenges of adapting to a new country, studying, working, and establishing a business firsthand, he created the company to provide practical, personalised support to students, professionals, and families.
Today, Success Coaching and Education Consultancy brings together English language training, academic coaching, translation services, and educational consultancy under one roof, offering tailored guidance to help every client achieve their personal, academic, and professional goals with confidence.
Our Story
Success Coaching and Education Consultancy Ltd. began with a simple
belief: that every student and client deserves guidance built on real,
proven expertise.
Erol Turan's academic journey reflects that commitment from the very
start. He completed his Associate Degree in Applied English and
Translation at Bulent Ecevit University (2013–2016), before going on to
earn a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Manisa
Celal Bayar University (2016–2019). This dual academic foundation — one
degree focused on the practical craft of translation, the other on the
deeper study of English language and literature — gave Erol a rare
combination of technical skill and academic depth that continues to
shape his work today.
Alongside his studies, Erol completed a six-month Pedagogical Formation
Training at Celal Bayar University, along with certified training in
leadership and educational awareness. He began his professional career
in 2015 as a translation trainee at Bulent Ecevit University, before
moving into full-time roles as an English teacher and student coach at
Bursa British Town and later Bursa Mentor Academy Special Education
Services, where he spent several years helping students strengthen
their English skills, build effective study habits, and achieve their
academic goals.
Since relocating to the United Kingdom in 2021, Erol has continued to
develop professionally — completing further training in translation
and language learning through The Open University, as well as an
Essential Management Skills course through the International Business Management Institute. (IBM)
